There’s so much happening in the world right now - wars, politics, natural disasters. It’s easy to see it all as the forces of darkness creating chaos on our beloved planet, shaking up our lives and inner worlds. You might feel triggered, frustrated, even fearful - and there’s space for all of that. I don’t dismiss the weight or complexity of what we’re witnessing. It affects us deeply.
